Terms and conditions.
Version 2026-10-01 · Data controller: Antonio Argomaniz Lopez, an individual operating in Mexico.
1. Provider and scope
ARENA (BotLab) is operated by Antonio Argomaniz Lopez, an individual, with an address at Rincón del Sur 15, edificio 25, interior 2, Bosques Residencial del Sur, C.P. 16010, Xochimilco, Ciudad de México, México and contact antonioargo24@gmail.com. These terms govern the website, registration, profiles and licenses area. You can view the public homepage without signing in.
2. Accounts and accurate information
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Your user ID may contain unaccented letters, numbers, dots and underscores; it is stored in lowercase and must be unique. Keep your credentials confidential, use your own password and report suspected unauthorized access. “Remember my profile” maintains a session for up to 30 days; use it only on trusted devices. You can sign out from your profile.
3. Children and legal representation
If you are under 18, permission is required from a parent authorized to represent you or a legal guardian. The adult must review the notice and truthfully declare their authority. BotLab may restrict access while verifying a request or addressing a dispute. A false declaration does not replace legally required consent. Creating an account or approving a child does not authorize purchases, charges or automatic acceptance of future commercial terms.
4. Licenses and commercial terms
Creating a profile does not automatically grant a license or software usage rights. Before a contract is entered into, each license must state its product, scope, duration, permitted users or devices, price and taxes where applicable, support, renewal and cancellation terms. Registration does not make any charges. Email enquiries do not by themselves constitute a purchase. Automatic renewals or waivers of consumer rights are not presumed.
5. Permitted use and intellectual property
Use Arena in accordance with its purpose and the law. Do not impersonate others, access other accounts, interfere with the service, bypass license controls or distribute unlawful content. These restrictions do not remove exceptions or rights recognized by law. Software and content rights belong to their owners; third-party components retain their licenses. LEGO, MINDSTORMS, SPIKE, MATRIX and other mentioned trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.
6. Simulation and physical equipment
Simulations and materials are intended for learning and experimentation. Their behavior may differ from physical equipment and they do not replace training, manufacturer manuals, risk assessment or supervision. Before using robots, cobots or vehicles, check real conditions, stopping measures and the safety of people and surroundings. A simulation is not presented as industrial safety certification.
7. Availability and liability
We may perform maintenance, correct errors or temporarily limit features for security reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. Liability will be determined under applicable law and the specific terms of the contracted service. No clause excludes non-waivable obligations, liability that cannot legally be limited, or the rights of consumers or data subjects.
8. Suspension, closure and disputes
We may restrict access proportionately in cases of breach, suspected fraud or risk to the service, with a means to request clarification. You may request account closure or data cancellation through the stated email; outstanding rights and obligations will be considered. Purchased licenses are also governed by their specific terms. First seek to resolve issues with BotLab; your rights to approach competent authorities and courts under applicable rules are preserved, without imposing an advance waiver.
9. Privacy and updates
Data processing is described in the privacy notice. Acceptance of these terms and the notice is recorded with its date and version. Material changes will be communicated and require renewed acceptance where appropriate; they will not retroactively alter acquired rights contrary to law.
